High-power 795 nm / 895 nm VCSEL in TO-46 package for magnetometer and precision photonics applications

Semiatom develops high-power VCSELs with wavelengths including 760/763 nm, 790/795 nm, 850 nm, and 890/895 nm. Our 760 nm VCSELs can support oxygen sensing and spectroscopy, while 795 nm and 895 nm devices are a key focus for atomic sensing, quantum sensing, magnetometers, and other precision photonic systems.

Products are available as bare die, TO-46 packages, custom packages, and non-magnetic packages. For quantum sensing and other magnetically sensitive systems, Semiatom can provide application-specific VCSEL selection, package customization, and non-magnetic packaging to meet optical, mechanical, and material requirements.

Available Wavelengths, Output Power, and Package Options

Our VCSEL portfolio includes 790 nm / 795 nm and 890 nm / 895 nm solutions with output power options from 0.1 mW to 1.8 mW, as well as 760 nm / 763 nm and 850 nm configurations. Package options include bare die, TO packages, customized packages, and non-magnetic VCSEL packaging, depending on wavelength and project requirements.
